ABOUT THE HOME

410 N. Driver St. came to us as an off market property with tons of potential. Many saw an opportunity to tear it down and build 6 houses. We saw it and WOW!!! Behind the vines was a pristine stone house waiting to be revealed. Behind the door stood amazing character! And behind the house is the adventure waiting to be awakened....we are so proud and excited to share this adventure with you!

  • A Majestic Grand Dame

We put a lot of thought into preserving the privacy of the front yard and revealing it to the world. We have more landscaping to do but we love the choices thus far. We hope you enjoy passing by our beautiful home.

Inside

  • Classic Charm restored

Inside we found beautiful hardwoods which we painstakingly restored, an amazing side porch and space to modernize by adding a primary bathroom.

  • Intentional Preservation

Time has been kind to this stonework. Built from rock we believe was from the Duke Quarry, this home is in amazing condition. Our goal was to modernize yet protect the historic charm of our "stone house"

The Gardens

This beautiful home sits on a large lot of forgotten time. We can see traces of a beautiful garden and we plan to restore the splendor.

Landscaping takes time.

We feel we need to give it a season to see what is already there. Then remove what doesn't work and plant what does.
